It's time to laugh again, and at the place where late night history originated in Germany. On the former Capitol grounds in Cologne, once home to Harald Schmidt, Stefan Raab and 'Die Wochenshow', Warner Bros. will present the Warner Late Show with entertainer Philip Simon exclusively at the Ruby Ella Hotel.
